Jon Weinstein is a seasoned organizational and community leader.
Jon designed and launched the Maryland Department of Health’s first Organizational Change Office for which he served as Director. As a member of the MDH leadership team, he was asked by the Secretary of Health to redesign and lead the state’s COVID response into a “recovery focused” organization. Before that he led the statewide COVID-19 Testing Task Force.
Jon is also an entrepreneur and seasoned management consultant. He founded Line of Sight, LLC, a consulting firm providing management and organizational expertise to the private, public, and non-profit sectors. After nearly 13 years of success in business, Line of Sight was acquired. He is a respected community and business leader, with a reputation for working hard to solve complex problems and build consensus around shared solutions.
Jon has nearly 30 years of experience including executive management, organizational change, leadership mentoring and training, program and project management, strategic planning, and is an expert facilitator. He is a Project Management Professional certified from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and an accomplished author publishing two books, chapters, and articles on project management, leadership, and other topics. He has been selected to speak at conferences around the US, as well as in Europe and Africa. Jon also served four years as an elected member of the Howard County (Maryland) Council and was a commissioned officer in the US Army Reserves.
As the Transformation Director, Jon works with CITI’s leaders and delivery teams to connect the company’s products and services with our client’s goals as well as to implementing strategies to grow CITI’s business. He enjoys traveling with his wife, watching movies (prefers sci-fi), and playing with his two dogs.
