Role – Corporate Recruiter / HR Generalist

Location – Falls Church, VA

The Recruiter/HR at Creative Information Technologies and Cutline Communications will be the first impression of the agency to potential candidates. We are seeking to hire a Recruiter/ HR Generalist.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2-4 years of experience in full life cycle of IT recruiting
  • Prior HR generalist experience preferred
  • Experience with internet sourcing and posting, career fairs, and proficient with leveraging social media.
  • You must be flexible and be able to multi-task.
  • You will possess strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills and will strive to provide valuable and timely customer service to line management and candidates alike

Responsibilities

  • Recruiter in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates
  • Work with hiring managers to identify job descriptions and posting roles through proper channels
  • Compiling and communicating recruiting data, metrics and ensuring compliance with our hiring policies, practices, and company values
  • Assist the Manager of HR by providing administrative support
  • Assist with new and existing employee check-ins and follow ups
  • Organize and update electronic files

  • Assist the Sr. Recruiter in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify job descriptions and posting roles through proper channels

  • You must be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates and management.

HR Admin Support

  • Assist the Manager of HR by providing administrative support.
  • Assist with new and existing employee check-ins and follow ups.
  • Organize and update electronic files
