Position Summary
Serves as primary support contact for CITI applications for the client SMEs. Through departmental process analysis, systems enhancement, systems maintenance and user training in order to assure maximum performance of the applications to CITI’s clients. The Business Analyst / Instructional Designer will coordinate all issues that arise during validation for their projects and must be very knowledgeable on the CITI’s policies, procedures, and business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
 Acting as the primary validation support contact for CITI applications with the clients assigned.
 Coordinating all issues that arise in their application area to include Dev and ETL involvement.
 Understanding the decisions involved in application configuration.
 Performing in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues
 Investigate end users' preference while assessing legacy programs
 Analyzing business operations.
 Prioritizing and processing requested changes to the system with their Project Manager.
 Analyzing new functionality in releases.
 Coordinating software updates and changes.
 Reviewing and testing each new release.
 Collecting information regarding potential system enhancement needs.
 Developing and documenting project team procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks with BA team.
 Serving as a liaison between Client SMEs and CITI staff.
 Maintaining regular communication with Client SMEs
 Troubleshooting problems and questions from end users
 Create client neutral User Manuals for all new modules as they are deployed.
 Create client neutral Videos for all new modules as they are deployed.
 Create client specific training scripts/presentations for all new modules as they are deployed.
 Make version based updates to all user manuals
 Make version based updates to all training videos.
 Create Certificates for all training.
 Plan and coordinate the new hire schedules for each new employee in the Healthcare department, including: shadowing schedule, mentor and tasks assigned.

 Must have 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst.
 Experience in functional requirement documentation and ensuring that the product delivered does cover these requirements through collaboration with the testing teams
 Experience in documentation and appropriately traced back to the use cases and test cases.
 Experience in setting up a training strategy and delivers necessary training to the organization.
 Experience in analyzing business scenarios and identifies opportunities for technically innovative solutions and improvements, including leading business requirements gathering workshops.
 Experience in developing and managing the business and technical critical know-how within the area of responsibility including documentation of business processes using UML modelling
 Experience in participating in the identification, evaluation and development of concepts for IT solutions by providing business and technical expertise and oversight of the development of prototypes and proofs of concepts.
