Alankar Joshi brings more than 20 years of proven experience in the IT services marketplace to his role as vice president and co-founder of CITI. Since CITI’s inception in 1996, Mr. Joshi has helped grow the business, starting with three people, to a company of nearly 350 employees.
Mr. Joshi has personally helped numerous federal government and commercial customers leverage innovative IT solutions to reach their business goals. He has played an integral role in obtaining and growing CITI contracts with the Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Commerce (DOC), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Labor (DOL) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He is highly experienced in executing performance based FFP, cost-plus, and T&M contracts and ID/IQ task orders to produce the customer’s desired outcomes.
Currently, Mr. Joshi focuses on some of the strategic business drivers for CITI, including its incubator/entrepreneurship and mentor-protégé programs. He received his B.A. in Economics from Bombay University, India.
