A dynamic, dedicated, and strategic leader, Anand possesses around 27 years of global, multi-cultural, and diversified experience in driving multi-million dollar projects for global clients and executing broad-based delivery transformation strategies. He has a keen eye for technology and solution architecture interlaced with strong Program/Project Management skills and this has resulted in the flawless execution of large-scale projects.

As a Business Leader with hands-on experience in directing the implementation and delivery of applications/products for clients, Anand has successfully enabled multiple clients to transform their businesses through innovative cross-sourcing delivery models, leveraging onshore/offshore and rural sourcing capabilities to provide high-quality solutions with end-to-end P&L accountability.

With CITI, he has been explicitly engaged in creating a practice on DataScience and has been instrumental in institutionalizing the best practices on PMO and Quality, and heading the CITI team to achieve the CMMI Level 5 milestone.

Anand is an Electronics Engineer by qualification and has earned numerous professional certifications including PMP (Certified Project Management Professional associated with the PMI –USA), a TOGAF 9 Certified Solution Architect, a Certified SCRUM Master, and a Certified SCRUM Product Owner. Before working with CITI, he has been working in the BFSI segment for more than 14 years with different MNCs across the globe.
